This was perfect for my 71 year old dad. He hates having to maintain the bald look and routinely needs my mom to shave his head. He lets it go because he hates asking for help. At first, I didn’t think the shaver would be worth it, left my head and face feeling a bit rough. I might be crazy, but after a week of using it seems to be shaving closer. I am definitely a time saver being able to use in the shower. For the moment this seems to be a great buy. If things change in the coming months, I will be sure to update, I am curious to see how long the shaver blades last before needing to be replaced, but already looking like this will also be a cost saving over the year from buying standard blades. When the razor arrived I couldn’t get it to work and the LED screen suggested I clean the razor. Oh my, when I opened it up to my surprise this razor had been used and was nasty. I cleaned it and it still didn’t work. I purchased a new not used product. I can only speak for my experience, others maybe very happy with this product. Customer service took care of my issue immediately and I was very happy with that. But this company should send out what they sell. Read more

The shaver works great, not as close of a shave as I thought it’d be, but it’s quick and easy. As for the hair and beard trimmers, they are trash! They don’t work at all. So if you’re purchasing this in hopes to use ALL the hair tools, don’t get excited because they’re a waste! Spend the extra money to get the good ones! Read more

I got this for my husband and he absolutely loved it. He hasn't tried all the attachments that it comes with but it does the job giving a close shave. It doesn't replace a razor to get that smooth as silk but it looks like you use a razor. Which is a win for him and a plus for me. Read more
