I like it, It shaves close and what I really like is Thar it is a wet dry shaver. It really works well with shaving cream and cleans up easy and no razor burn. I recommend this for anybody who wants a good wet dry shaver. It may not be the very best but right up there. Read more

Arrived on time and in good order. 60+ years and this is1st electric shaver. I use it dry and have trimmed my mustache and shaved 5-6 times and still shows full charge. very easy to clean and seems to work well although I'm still getting used to it. should have bought it years ago. so far, I'm very happy with this shaver and hope it last for years. My husband has been using Norelco razors for over 50 years and he won't use any other brand. This was a surprise because it does not have a normal electric plug to recharging. You have to use a separate cord, such as you would use to recharge a cell phone, but one is not provided. Otherwise, it seems to work well and was sensible price. Read more

I gave this to my 89 year old husband for Christmas. He is very happy with it - says it gives him a close share and does not pinch. It does not take him as long to share as with a razor. It's easy to see when it needs to be recharged and easy to clean. Good value for the price. Read more

Great shaver! Nice clean shaves! This is my 4th or 5th one! Button that opens the shaver head is a weak link. Lasts only 2 to 3 years. When it breaks uou can't close shaver head. Can't find a replacement for it so I just replace the shaver. For this reason I am reluctant to buy a more expensive model. My first Norelco was the best! Read more

I replaced a Braun S3 that, sadly, was just past its return window (that shaver kept failing to function - would not turn on randomly). This one is working well so far and the shave is smooth and complete. It is not as smooth as a razor blade would do, but no electric razor shaves that closely. This one is just as good as a foil razor, perhaps a bit better. No complaints. Recommended. Read more

Much better shave than with the Braun shaver I had been using. Being retired I no longer shave every day, only when the stuble gets annoying. I bought a Braun shaver through Amazon to use when my stuble needed cutting . After a year of less than satisfactory results with the Braun I saw an ad for this Norelco Shaver at a huge discount on Amazon so I decided to give it a try. Long story short the Norelco worked great and the Braun went to the Goodwill. Read more

Had a 10 year old 7110x model that was the bees knees but was in storage too long and now the battery only lasts about 2 min so time to buy a new razor. Figured with time the quality of lower end models would improve so took a chance on this. Nope. Tried the 2400 model first. While it does cut facial hair it is not a close shave. Leaves a feeling like slight scruff still on your face. About 3 hours after using it basically needed to shave again as there was evident stubble everywhere. Bought the 3900 model to see if it was any better. While it is a slightly closer shave still nothing like what I get with the old 7110x. Not sure what is going on with design/quality control over at Norelco but pretty disappointed with both models. Read more
