I got this for my husband because for whatever reasons, he’s recently starting to nick his head when using a razor to shave it … even though he’s been shaving for decades with very few nick. He is embracing the electric shaver because he was tired of asking me to stick bits of toilet paper to his head post-nick. So far he really like the shaver, with it’s easy function, lightweight, yet solid construction, and all the optional accessories that he can now use for personal grooming. It doesn’t cut as close as a razor, but it’s pretty close to it, and he’s happy with the quality of the shave. I’ve also notice there is less missed spots using the electric shaver than when he was using the razor. It’s great that it’s rechargeable, so need to to worry about digging around in a battery drawer hoping he had enough batteries of the right type. Would he get one again? Yes. this little guy works great.... it works amazing! yes I already have a parking lot on top, ha ha! it is easy to use and will last a very long time if you do simple steps and the blades will last a very long time. 1. get your head very wet 2. get some shave butter 3. put a little water in the sink with the stopper in... deep enough to cover the back of the blade casing.... but not to the part that clips it into place 4. after about 8-9 passes, leave the thing running, don't need to tap it, just leave running in the water for about 25 seconds 5. then continue shaving your head, rinse and repeat many times 6. shave in all directions, circles and the best is to go from the bottom go up 7. it takes a while, but you will be able to polish you head very smooth!!!!! 8. if you do not constantly let spin in the water for a few seconds, you will clog those blades and then you need to take it apart and then soak them in water with vinegar and hydrogen peroxide... then put back together 9. you will get a very long time out of one blade head before you need to replace it.... but if you don't take care of it you will need to spend money to buy a new head. 10. after finished, then set it to dry. 11. I use some light gel to make it feel good and smells good also. please stop looking at others and save some money and buy this one!! Read more
