I hope these are good for skin! I had chemo which totally dried out my skin so I was advised to try collagen supplements. These are fine except a bit big to swallow but if they do what they are meant to, that's fine with me.I know some people have trouble with larger tablets. Reasonable price. Improved my fingersail strength.
Several years go I took collagen and saw a definite improvement in my fingernails. I decided to try it again for nails, skin and joints. We;ll see. I open the capsules and add to my coffee or hot cereal. A good stir and it disappears. Read more
