I love this thing. I just really got some good use out of it the other day cleaning my Birds cage with it. This made the task so much easier as I was able to simply take the cage apart and steam clean each piece instead of scrubbing for hours and hours. I highly recommend this product. it heats up quickly. the steam is thick and is easily controlled on the handle so you do not have to go back and forth. the cord could be a little longer, but other than that I really don't have any complaints and I would say that the value for the money with this particular item is very good. I can't wait to find other things to clean with it. it made a easy task out of cleaning the tub in the bathroom. for sure it heats up so quickly. my old steamer took like 3 minutes and there was all kinds of pressure, caps and things that had to have o-rings replaced. this seems very straightforward heats up fast. you simply pull the stopper out of the bottom to drain the unused water and open the top and fill with water and it's rubber. there's no knobs that are hard to turn or break your wrist. trying to open like most esteem cleaners I've used in the past works great on clothes. there's a light mode so you don't scorch anything and then heavy high modes with the Internet included attachments. you can clean just about anything. I have another clone variant of this type of steamer and this unit has considerably better quality of life features: This has improved attachment (my others would fall off and cause a steam-tasrophe). The hose is better insulated so I don't have to wear gloves. This takes mere seconds to heat up and it does pull 1500w so no making toast on the same outlet ;) I recommend this for sterilizing cutting boards and the scum around sinks and drains. I cleaned moldy refridgerator ice dispenser area, the vents, and even long door handle. I even used it to clean the tiles and grout in my kitchen far better than dealing with the dirty mop and bucket. The water mostly dries as steam. Read more
Caked on, sticky, whatever your mess you should consider the ‘simple’ solution before you resort to harsh chemicals. This unit provides an economical way to attempt step 1 before you move on to specialized chemicals. Well constructed, and adjustable, it produces the steam you need quickly and (as you see the steps-to-use in the pic attached) it couldn’t be much simpler. No concerns about reactions to skin or other surfaces like chemicals have, just turn it on and go! My first forest into this type of cleaning and have to admit I wish I had given it a shot sooner. This thing is the bomb!! I’ve used it to clean a rug and one of my chairs that was needing some TLC. I do wish it had some form of vacuuming to it, but it is alright on its own! It’s the perfect size for home use, but I could also see it being very useful for something like detailing cars. The multiple heads have all been very cool to try out, and it seems to be made well in such a way that will last a good long while! Read more

The instruction manual says that it needs to heat up for about 15 seconds before using, but I have noticed that it heats up in about 5 seconds. The steam cleaner comes with different tools that can be attached to the sprayer to assist in cleaning. The water tank is transparent and one full tank of water lasted me at least 30 minutes.
