I have used it several times since I bought it. It is easy to use and I started using it directly without reading the instructions. The excellent accessories can clean so many things and surfaces, making cleaning fun. We used it to clean the bathroom and it worked well in the corners, removing any dirt and debris left over from normal cleaning processes. I no longer need chemicals to keep my bathtub and shower spotless. I also used it on my stove and got great results. It heats up very quickly and once it starts running, it emits continuous steam and finishes the job. Its water tank can hold a lot of water, so you don't have to keep refilling it. At this price point, I think it's a great choice. Get ready to do a crazy cleaning when you receive it. Read more

This this is fantastic!!! it heats up in no joke 10 seconds!!! it is easy to refill and best part compared to my old steam cleaner is that i can re-load water imediately instead of having to wait 5-10 min for it to cool down before adding more water. this is a big deal! Read more
The size of this is very convenient. The tank holds a fair amount of water. Ann and is adjustable on how strong the steam stream is, although my testing with it was using a brush so it was hard to distinguish the difference between the steam pressure. I use this to clean a shower that had a fair amount of soap scum on the tile and it did a good job of melting the soap scum. I think this would be excellent as a steamer and also great for removing things like veneers from furniture that need to be heated up. I did try to remove some mildew from the grout and would say that it did not really have much impact on that, though anything short of a bleach has never really touched it. Have not had an opportunity to test cleaning Windows with it, but think this would be mostly limited to small windows Read more
The media could not be loaded. The Good: This steam cleaner came with a number of tools so you can use it on multiple surfaces. It also heats up quickly, per manufacturer promise. The Bad: Once you turn this thing on, you are committed. The ONLY way to stop the flow of steam is to power it off. Both my partner and I agreed that that was a little too dangerous for our tastes - especially since the hose permits you to get about 6 feet away from the unit. While I was testing it, one of the attachments fell off (under pressure). I couldn’t power it off fast enough, but luckily my partner was on hand and unplugged the thing. While the safety issue is the big killer for us, there were other problems with this cleaner as well. First, the fill hole is on the small side (smaller in diameter than my thumb). Despite using a cup to pour water, I still managed to spill it all over the unit. The unit leaked. And, when I went to empty it, the ridge in the bottom kept me from getting all of the water out of the tank. The Dirty I tested it on the corner of an air fryer tray that my teen ruined and while it did get some of the gunk off, it took about the same amount of effort as using plain hot water and steel wool. Overall, I would not recommend this product. Read more

You should wear eye protection and suitable gloves when handling this because of obvious reasons concerning steam. The steam tube itself gets too hot to touch and I fear if it were to burst, I would be having a bad day-- docking a star for this. Others have pointed out certain safety omissions for good reason but I do think following some insights would lead to a bulkier and less efficient product. Know what you are getting yourself into. This unit was able to get some seriously crusty and embedded grime out of my slate tile floors, my slide out cutting board, and the orange peel texture on my refrigerator that I admit got quite scummy. The unit doesn't steam in some wide swath suitable for many commercial applications-- it is more of a spot cleaner unless you have the patience to steam inch by inch of your surface. The low water consumption blew me away. I somewhat expected having to do more of a mop up job than what was actually necessary. You should have a rag in hand to wipe up the scum that it releases. I can't wait to get this over to my boat to clean the scummy wire and plumbing running through my upper bilge and other stains of note. I ran this off my Bluetti Elite 100 and noticed it pulling 1675 watts on the second heat setting. It might do 1500 as claimed on the lowest but it will certainly go higher than stated. Keep in mind this is a continuous draw which would basically max out a typical 15a circuit at your house-- so don't be running anything else when you operate this. Keep a towel handy to smother the end if you have to set it down as it takes 5 seconds or so to depressurize when turned off. Read more
