I love this mask. I have severe dry eye and have been using a microwaveable mask. This mask is so much easier. I can charge it and keep it by my bedside ready to use when I need it. It is soft, comfortable, and so easy to use. Along with using prescription eye drops my dry eye symptoms have greatly improved. Plus, I am getting a better night’s sleep, an added benefit! Read more
I absolutely love these heated eye masks. This is actually the second I bought (same brand/design, just a different color), because my original was lost for a time and it had helped me sleep much better, so I didn't want to go without. Since then, I've found the original but I'm keeping both so I have a backup if the original goes missing or if I forget to charge it. These masks last several days between charging, even with nightly use (I love this because if km taking a weekend trip, I don't have to worry about charging it the whole trip). The warmth helps me fall asleep, which means a lot as I have trouble getting to sleep most days. They feel soft and silky against my eyes. Even if I don't need the heat (sometimes hot flashes make it so that more heat would be miserable), I still wear the masks because they block out light well. I also love that they're wireless so that I can easily flop around in my bed without worrying about getting tangled in a cord. The strap adjusts easily to fit my head comfortably. Read more
Very simple to use... Heat settings are perfect... Feels silky soft! I gave it 4⭐'s because I thought it was designed with flaws. Initially, when I put it on, it thought it covered almost my entire nose and it felt uncomfortable. So I took the picture to prove this design flaw to the world of heated eye mask seekers... only to see it looks pretty much exactly like the advertisement. I then remembered, "oh yea, I'm recovering from a brain injury and my senses are extra sensitive". I don't usually have anything touching the sides of my nose and my over-reactive brain translated the simple touch of the mask against my nostrils as my nose being pinched closed... and panic ensued. Once I visually saw the reality, I was able to breathe, relax, and actually feel the comfort of this mask. And my only "legit" complaint is, I wish it applied more pressure to my actual eye lids / sockets. I feel most of the heat in my brow bones and I have to push the mask in to my eyelid area to feel the heat on my actual eyes. I thought this was a design flaw, too; however, apparently they're intentionally made this way because people DON'T WANT to feel the mask and/or heat ON their actual eyes. When I blink, my lashes barely touch the mask. I WANT my eyes to feel the heat, especially when they hurt. I was going to go with 3⭐'s but then figured, my preference isn't necessarily their flaw. It works and it does feel good (on my brow bones and forehead) for a headache... I'm just not convinced it'll help with my dry eyes if they're not connecting with my eyes?? 🤔 Read more

The media could not be loaded. Has definitely helped my dry eye. I use it for 10-20mins a day. Love that it auto shuts off at 20mins so if I fall asleep, I'm good. Easy to charge, easy to use. The heating portion easily slides out too so the mask can be worn to block out light which it does well, or for washing which should be done often to keep eyes free from infection. I've used drops for dry eye for many years and I feel like the more I use them the more I need them. The heat mask has helped my eyes create their own tears. I only use drops now once or twice a day if at all. One downside is the light is super bright, like a flash light. It's fine for the user since the mask makes it dark anyway, but if there's someone else in the room, it's so bright. Also, be sure to note the hottest setting is the first one. I thought the first was the lowest and it was soooo hot for my face, I was like, how is this low, how could it go any higher? Oh, it was the hottest, oops! The second setting, medium, has worked really well for me. It does require pretty frequent charging, every 4 days for 20mins of daily use. But I've just made it part of my morning routine. Read more

Good mask for dry eyes especially when traveling/camping. Just have it charged before using. Can use 3 to 4 times before another charge. Another good thing, this automatically shuts off after a few minutes so theres no worry of overheating. There are 3 options of heat setting. This is a good replacement of the microwavable mask with beads (which I also use when I’m at home) especially when traveling or when u are out. Read more

Loved it for a few months until the battery started to not hold a charge. Went from heating for 20 minutes on 3-4 cycles to 1 and then eventually only a few minutes on a full charge. Was great relief for styes and dry eyes. Would be 5 stars if I was still able to use the heat function when I haven't even owned it for a year yet. Ended up taking the battery insert part out and using it as a regular sleep mask once the battery quit. Read more
Love this heated eye mask! It provides 3 levels of heat, easily discernible via a manual button that illuminates heat temperature in 3 colors. Very easy to use and comes with efficient Quick Guide instruction card and a travel sack. It’s silky, light-weight, and provides full eye coverage with adjustable strap. The heat automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, a feature I appreciate as I tend to get hot at night. This has been helpful for easing me into sleep and alleviating my dry eyes. Read more
