I put in freezer for a little over 24 hours, left inside the ziplock like bag it was in. Super ice cold almost to cold kind of hurt the head just a tad. But like I said it did nooooot last. Has an adjustable band to make it tighter or not. The tighter the band the more pressure you will feel against eyes. It did calm my head down though in that little bit of time thankfully.
