Bought these at the suggestion of my chiropractor to apply moist heat to my back. I’ve been using the two of them every morning for a few minutes. It’s very relaxing and nice treat for my lower back or neck. I fold each one in half, heat them together for one minute, rotate and fold them the other way, and heat for another minute perfect amount of heat The only odor is from heated lavender which I do not personally find unpleasant.
