Fabulous icepack. It has top and bottom velcro straps to ensure it doesn't move. But the best part is it has a soft side for directly placing on the leg as well as a vinyl side to use over pants to ensure the cold gets through. Read more

The straps help hold the ice pack in place and it covers all the needed areas sufficiently. The size of the ice pack also makes it useful for other areas like the back. It is a little difficult to put on with an injured shoulder. I also found that it was heavier than I expected it to be, which could be a concern for an extra sore shoulder. To avoid the strain of a heavier pack, I found that a Ziplock bag with ice and paper towel was lighter, but not as effective in providing complete coverage. Works well but fits awkward. I got this for my husband when he had a massive cyst removed from his shoulder socket and it ended up just laying it on his shoulder because it was to awkward to strap on. Read more
