We've been on a clean kick and should have bought this to start with. It comes with everything we need and even has wheels, cleaning our floors, windows, tiles, has been so much easier now that we got this steam cleaner, its so extremely versatile and easy to use. It heats up quickly which allows us to start immediately instead of waiting. Has plenty of power and large enough reservoir to keep cleaning for a good while, we were able to get a good chunk of our grout cleaned before deciding to refill just in case. Did the whole master bath without running out of steam as well. I took a chance on this when it was on sale and am glad that I did! I've had this for a couple of months now and here are my thoughts. PROS: powerful (enough for me), comes with a lot of accessories, holds enough water for me to clean non-stop for about 45 minutes, works great! I've cleaned really dirty grout, glass windows, floors. CONS: You can't see the water level. It's not a big deal if you use the entire tank, but if you don't use the entire tank, you have to pour out what's in there and fill it from empty for the next use since the instructions state that overfilling the water tank can damage the machine. They don't have replacement parts available for purchase. Read more
