I purchased these bands for physical therapy exercises and they work great since they are just like the ones that are used in my physical therapy sessions. They are durable and provide the same resistance that help me to build my muscles back. I highly recommend these bands for anyone who is in physical therapy. Read more
Not useful for exercise.
I got these for one of my exercise classes. I can only use the lightest two bands, so the others were kind of a waste. I had two instructors try the most difficult 3, and they could barely get them to stretch. I bought one for a friend at the same time, and she can only use one. We aren't wimps, they are just too difficult for Pilates and sculping classes. Read more

These bands are great to help strengthen your hips and lower back as well as increase your range of motion. My physical therapist recommended getting these and since using these everyday I have shown great improvement. Read more
