This is a nice item for this type of tripod. It is best used indoors for creating content, but is sturdy enough for occasional outdoor or selfie stick use. It is not meant to replace your old fashioned, long legged tripod, that is strong enough to hold your SLR, but it works nicely for this more modern design. It is certainly substantial enough for most amateurs using their phones. A few things I like are: It has a remote that paired easily with my Android phone. It worked ok, but I haven’t found out how to make it simply pause, instead of stopping, when recording video; and the controls seem upside down to me. The phone holder is actually clamp instead of magnetic. The magnetic type only connects to the back of the phone and limits motion. This one offers full range flexibility. There is also a ¼ inch screw so you can swap out the mounting arm. A few things I don’t like: Although it is fairly sturdy, if you fully extend any of the telescoping sections, it can be a little wobbly. The instructions, although not bad, are not completely clear. You still have to do a little manipulating to figure things out. The web page was completely in Chinese, so it wasn't helpful. At least I haven’t figured out how to hear it in English. Overall I think it’s one of the better deals for a compact tripod with tracking and remote for a relatively inexpensive price. Read more

I bought this auto face-tracking selfie stick tripod mainly for filming short videos and family moments, and honestly it surprised me in a good way. The auto face tracking works smoothly — it follows your movement naturally and doesn’t jerk or lose you as long as you’re in frame. I tested it while walking around the room and talking, and it kept me centered the whole time without needing an app. The height is a big plus. Fully extended, it’s tall enough for standing videos, not just desk or sitting shots. The four-legged base feels stable and secure, even when extended, and I didn’t feel like it was going to tip over easily. I used it both indoors and outdoors on flat ground and it stayed steady. The 360° rotation is great for hands-free recording. I like that I can set it up, press start, and not think about adjusting the angle constantly. It’s especially convenient for solo content, video calls, or recording kids without holding the phone the whole time. It’s also easy to fold and pack for travel. It doesn’t feel bulky, and setup takes just a minute. The auto-open stand is simple and practical — no struggling with legs or locks. Overall, this is a very convenient tripod if you want hands-free filming with face tracking. It’s practical, stable, and actually does what it promises, which isn’t always the case with gadgets like this. I’ve already used it multiple times and keep reaching for it instead of a regular tripod. Read more

Gets the job done. If you have short arms it’s hard to do selfies with multiple people in the picture. You need this!! I loved going around the room and easily taking pictures. I shared the pictures with the host and she said I captured the memories perfectly. Read more

This product came to me for evaluation through the Vine reviewer program, and it honestly exceeded what I expected from a portable selfie-tracking stand. The auto-face tracking works smoothly and follows movement naturally without any extra apps or complicated setup, which is a huge win for quick filming or vlogging. The four-legged base feels stable, even when fully extended, and the 72-inch height range makes it versatile for desk shots, standing shots, or outdoor use. The remote and gesture control are intuitive, and the rotation is fluid instead of jerky. It’s lightweight enough for travel but doesn’t feel cheap or fragile. For creators or anyone filming solo, this stand is incredibly practical and thoughtfully designed. Five stars. Read more

I really like the auto follow and there's several modes. One of follow a single person which works rather well. Reason I gave only 4 stars is that the instructions need a lot of help, they are poorly organized and lack all needed info. I will have to play with the controls to figure things out, but was able to get started. The second reason for just 4 stars was that when the camera follows, the whole tripod will wobble if extended above half its extension capability. So if you're going to be doing any movement (and that's the whole point of this product), you need to keep the camera at the lowest possible position or set on a table, etc. The remote is handy and worked to start and stop video or take photos. This is a cool item, tripod is light weight so easily transportable. Includes a carry bag. Read more

The face tracking feature works smoothly and follows movement reliably without needing an app. Setup is simple, and the tripod opens and locks securely. The four-legged base provides good stability, and the height adjustment is useful for different shooting angles. A surprisingly capable tool for solo content creation. Read more
