I've been using this toothpaste for over a year now. It really removes plaque. My teeth are so much better. I tried it because I saw that xylitol removed plaque. That's in this product ingredient list. Well let me tell you. It really works. And Thank God it's fluoride free. Only problem I have is when I get to bottom of tube it's hard to get out.
