I am very happy with these! They came nicely packaged, the nice box makes them suitable to give as a gift. Included in the box is the carving knife and fork, care instructions and a recipe from Emeril. The knife and fork feel great in hand, they are properly weighted and have a very comfortable grip and nice feel to them.
