My bartenders like this set, at least better than a filet knife on a plastic tray. The blades came sharp out of the box, they cut fruit like butter. The board fits like 3 oranges on it at once. Maybe like 4 likes at once. It works for us. Read more

I have a whole set of expensive knives, and then some. I got these to have some good quality utility knives (and a small cutting board to boot). Had these knives about two years now. They go in the dishwasher all the time and the still cut and do their job very well. Very happy with them for the price. I core tomatoes and peel potatoes and cut bread and do other small food chores with these almost everyday. Going to get another set pretty soon as it appears they're cheaper now than a couple years ago. Read more
Not bad at all for the price. Great for chopping small items and for small kitchens. Update- had these almost 3 yrs now, accidentally threw them away yesterday. Still sharp and no rust. The cutting board was crappy and didn't survive, but the knives were still excellent. Read more
A nice set for my basement bar. Able to quickly slice up fruit, etc. for garnishes. Knives came sharp for use and stay sharp with a sharpener (purchased separately from Harbor Freight Tools). Everything cleans up easily. Only wish is that the knives came with sheaths. Read more

These knives are definitely for fruits and small food cutting. The wooden board is also tiny so don't be mistaken from the pictures but Henckels is handown one of the best well-known brands out there. No doubt for it's quality :) if you are looking for something to cut small foods, this is what you need! Read more
