Easy to hold when working those arms! I always felt like I was squeezing super hard to hold on to my dumbells. These feel so much better in my hands and seem to grip easier. Plus they're pink!! I have a makeshift home gym. Really just an area in my closet. But these take up little space and are easy to store.
