Amazing vest! SO glad that the weights are adjustable. I had recently lost 40 lbs (oh oh Ozempic, ya knowwww) and thought - wow this should be easy and light! Heck no. I thought I would die the first time I tried to walk with it. Thankfully I was able to pull out some of the weights, keeping some so I could comfortably walk with it until I can build strength. There is a smell but it’s so mild and it’s gone after one outdoor wear. It’s comfortable and distributes the weight really well. Nice product - I use it with all the extra bags and it is easy to put on and off. You should be aware that you will probably sweat in the areas covered by the west, but this is expected. When I get home, my T-shirt is completely wet in the area covered by the vest. Read more

For background I am a 5'2" 135 pound female. I have been walking an hour a day for over a year on sloped terrain. I didn't know how much weight I could handle so I bought this adjustable weight vest size 11-20 pounds about 3 weeks ago. I am so glad I did. The first day I tried 11 pounds and it was easy. Next day 14 totally fine. The following day I went to 17 pounds and it felt like a workout. I stayed at that for two weeks and moved to 20 pounds. I will likely stay at 20 for a month and then look into buying the next size adjustable weight vest. I do feel I am gaining more muscle strength in my legs using this weighted vest and it gives me a better workout. I highly recommend and adjustable vest since it is difficult to know exactly what we can handle. Read more

This vest is an added bonus to my walking workout. It is well made, fits well, and a good value. I like the flexibility of being able to add additional weight as my workouts progress. The only thing to improve would be to have a larger mesh pocket - my phone does not fit into the mesh pocket at the front. Read more

I am 5'7"- the vest is long-too long for me. Could improve the product if the shoulder straps were adjustable. The removable weight pouches are all at the bottom of the vest (at my waist). It would be more comfortable if the weight were carried higher. The removable weight pouches are extremely difficult to put back in. You don't just slide them in and out in between different activities/exercises. Very frustrating. It is a BEAST because it does add difficulty to any walk or workout.
