Exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable to wear as weight is well distributed on torso rather than on the shoulders. Velcro holds very securely so vest stay in place. Two pound weights make it fully customizable. I wear it on my 3 mile morning walk with no regrets. Read more

This weight vest is great! I went with the 40 pound model so I had more options for adjustments rather than be limited by lower weight option. This vest is pretty large and can adjust to many body shapes. It feels a bit like my old ballistics vest when I was in the military but with a different enclosure style. The vest came fully loaded in the box, so no assembly was required initially. I like that the weights are about 2 pounds and can be removed easily to adjust the weight. The hook and loop closures are very strong and should last for a while before any issues pop up. I probably wouldn't run in this due to the length and weight placement, but for adding weight while rucking, hiking, or walking, this vest works great and the bulk isn't too bad. For the weight provided, and the vest quality, I'd say the price is more than fair. It works well for the applications I snagged it for, but I did ultimately get a lighter and more streamlined vest for running. At first, I wasn’t sure about the fit—the top straps were rubbing into my sides. But after experimenting, I found a few different ways to wear the vest more comfortably: 1. Loosen the top straps – Simple fix that helped reduce pressure. 2. Don’t use the top straps at all – Just Velcro them to the back of the vest. 3. What worked best for me – I crisscrossed the straps: connected the top straps to the bottom Velcro points, and the bottom straps to the top. This completely changed the fit and eliminated the rubbing. Read more
This is a nice heavy vest that is adjustable in increments, my husband likes to wear it while working out or even some days just walking around he wears it. It fits him nicely with his wider shoulder - when I tried it on it kind of dug in because it doesn't sit on me in the same spot, I will buy a smaller one for women. Overall it's comfortable for him and he likes the ability to change the weight. Read more
