The string used to close the main compartment of the backpack disintigrated after only a few months of use which makes it very difficult to open or close the bag, so I leave it open now, which I would rather not do. I believe that the clip that holds the string in place is faulty on mine because I cannot get it to open enough to not damage the string further. The top flap becomes very annoying if you store anything in it, because it is hard to retrieve anything and the flap is awkward to handle when it bears weight. The magnets become hard to close if the backpack is too full. Inside of the main compartment there are no options for organization other than a laptop pocket. Very sad with this backpack. Read more
