OMG I love this backpack so much. My old one was made of PU leather, and the straps are not tight enough, so they keep scratching my back. But this backpack is so light and so comfortable, I don't even feel the straps! The space is pretty solid as well. I can put my 15.6-inch gaming laptop, my mouse, and the big charger in there. Not a fan of the drawstring, not the usual drawstring I was familiar with. Every time I try to string it, it seems like I’m gonna mess up the cord but so far it’s survived. Not many pockets so if you like to carry lots of things, I suggest you but some pouches for the inside. Last, though the laptop sleeve can be accessed by the side, a laptop really can’t be taken out from the side. Only small things like an iPad or other things can be accessed from the side zipper. The lining of the laptop sleeve also quickly became unattached…. Therefore, I knocked down a star. Besides these things, everything else is okay. I like the color and it’s comfy on the shoulders.
