Backpack feels premium. Open-mouth top holds a surprising amount, secured with a clever drawstring mechanism and magnetic top flap. I appreciate the magnetic closures, though they don’t always “find” the closure right away - it seems this depends on how stuffed the backpack is, but it is not difficult to manually snap them on. The main compartment is quite large, however there are no internal pockets besides a laptop sleeve. The laptop sleeve itself is very soft with generous padding. There is a small pocket on the front of the bag with the same magnetic closures, this one secured underneath with a zipper. The top flap itself is actually “hollow” and is itself another compartment accessed by a zipper on top of the bag. I was expecting another small pocket, but in fact it is quite spacious which was a nice surprise. There is another zip compartment on the back of the bag for flat items like a notebook/laptop/iPad. This may affect comfort when wearing the bag pressed up against your back but I cannot comment as I haven’t tried it yet. Took on a flight recently and fit under the seat no problem, fully packed. Weatherproofing would have been nice, but knew going in this was not a feature. Overall excellent backpack worthy of its price. Highly recommend Read more
