I had no idea that Hey Dude made boots! I have severe foot pain and have had multiple foot surgeries, so it is very difficult to find shoes that don't hurt my feet. As a nurse, I am on my feet most of the day. These boots are so comfortable. They are super light, and they just slip off and on. The shoe laces are continuous, therefore is no tying involved. I received these boots four days ago and have worn them a few times. Yesterday, I saw that the seam on the top has unraveled and there’s a hole. Since I’ve thrown away all the packing material and tags and worn them for a long walk in the rain, I can’t return them. Obviously, this is upsetting. They are cute, have good tread and padding but obviously, a broken seam is an absolute deal breaker. They are also at least a size bigger than I ordered but that’s correctable with shoe inserts. I have tried to repair the seam but I am obviously very disappointed that I paid $90 for boots that have a broken seam after four days! Read more
