I tried these purple whitening strips and was pleasantly surprised by how well they worked in just 30 minutes. They go on like any other strip, but I noticed right away that they weren’t as goopy as some of the other brands I’ve used—which I definitely appreciated. After waiting the full 30 minutes, the plastic part peeled off easily, but the purple color clung to my teeth. I had to wipe, brush, and even floss to make sure all the purple was gone since it got between my teeth, on my gums, and even smudged onto my lips (and somehow my nose!). It’s definitely more cleanup than I expected. That said, the results were impressive—my teeth looked noticeably whiter after just one use. I wouldn’t recommend using these right before heading out the door, since leftover purple could look like you’ve got something stuck in your teeth.
