Don't BUY
So got this ac and from day 1 it sounds like water is trapped inside so I tried to empty the water to see if that would help. Nope it did not. And it randomly shuts off all the time for no reason. Got ahold of Amazon they said I have to get ahold of company and I did. Company for 3 days ran me around saying we can't find your sale. I then screen shot everything and sent to company. Then of course they found me. They tell me they will send a new one out in 2 to 3 business days. I wait almost a week for them to send I get ahold of them and ask for tracking number. Only to have them say sorry we are out of ac go through Amazon for a return. And Amazon tells me to go through said company. So I lost over 200 bucks on this item. With no help at all from anyone. This is worst ac I have ever bought. Sucks that this company won't help there customers. Like wth does the ac turn itself off then on then off then on....gggrrrr. I'm so mad at this company. Perfect for a bedroom
I bought this despite seeing some mixed reviews. I have put over 200 hours on this unit and it still blasts freezing cold air. The set up was quite simple and all parts came as described. It is fairly quiet and the remote functions well. I would recommend this unit for a smaller room. Read more

It lasted 4 months - It was awesome when it worked. I used it heavily - every day for about 8 hours sometimes up to 24 hours - Now ice forms on the fins and it's not nearly as cool as when we first bought it - get an extended warranty or DON'T BUY THIS TMIE BOMB !!! Read more
