Love this desk. It's great for my small home office/craft room. Looks amazing, perfect size for limited space. I use this desk as a "Cricut Station". I have a Cricut Joy Xtra, which fits perfectly, even while the unit is closed. I do a lot of self design mini construction jobs, remodels, etc., therefor, putting together pre-fab furniture is a breeze for me. However, this unit was somewhat difficult. After an hour, I gave up on the directions and just looked at the first page design, it was only then that I was able to construct the unit within an hour. Don't get frustrated, don't force the screws, take your time while assembling. The end result is great. Since I wanted this unit to be extra sturdy, I used wood glue while assembling as I assembled, because we all know, pre-fab furniture is flimsy. Regarding the value, I would say its a fair value. This surpassed my daughter’s expectations. It was a perfect fit for her room, and she loves it. It was also easy to put together. It is highly versatile! The desk can be used to complete schoolwork, do nails, make bracelets, or sit and FaceTime friends. It is a great product. Have a small space in my craft area between a door and a closet. This is perfect for my sublimation stock storage and for pulling out the table for using my heat press (which I store right next to it). It is on the smaller side, but smaller is what I needed. If you need extensive storage and a large unit, keep looking, but if you have limited space and would love a bit more work surface in a craft room or child's room, then this could be the unit for you. It does take a bit of critical thinking to put it together, especially when you get to the hinges, but it was fairly simple most of the way. Just follow the visual instructions and lay out all of the materials. I open and close this thing all the time and it is holding up well. The chalkboard is the only thing that is somewhat lacking, but I didn't purchase it for that. It is a would be nice, not a necessity. Read more

This would be 5 stars except there was a long dark hair painted into the back panel. This was a great additional to my son’s room. He now had a place to do his homework, puzzles and art projects but can’t easily fold up to maintain the floor space for his toys. This was well worth the money, time, and effort that went into putting it together. I wanted to setup a sewing area but only had a corner of free space available. This folding desk fits neatly, is sturdy enough to sew and do crafts on, and when folded away takes up very little space. I barely know it's there when I'm not using it. I didn't have any trouble putting it together by myself, although it did take more than an hour. There were no missing, broken or damaged parts.
