I love this humidifier! It is very good looking, and so far it works like a charm! Easy to clean, too (though the first time I cleaned it, I was confused, because it comes apart in a different way than other humidifiers I’ve used). I’ve had this for about a month. I’m glad I got the tall/bigger one because it holds more water and it means to mist is elevated more, since I keep it on the floor. The small footprint is nice as well. There are no bright lights, and it doesn’t make noise. Really there are no drawbacks so far! If it lasts for more than a year it will officially be the best ever! (I will update this if something goes wrong). I’ve used many different humidifiers, every winter since about 2004. I can’t survive without one. This is my favorite so far, which says a lot. I just jumped on here to order another one of these humidifiers. We currently have one in our living room and also our bedroom. They are very sleek, quiet, and put off a wonderful mist. I was surprised to see the negative reviews and when I see people saying that it's only good for a year, that makes me think that they've never had a humidifier before. They need to be cleaned due to calcium and mineral deposits building up on the element. If you clean them maybe once a year, these things are amazing and last for years. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Athough I've only had this humidifier a few weeks I am really happy with it. I went into this purchase knowing that I will only get a season or two of use out of it. Every other humidifier I have purchased in the past has failed so I do expect that here as well. The unit itself looks very cool IMO. It holds a lot of water and I only need fill it ever 2-3 days. I like the digital controls although they are kind of hard to reach so low to the ground. I have not needed to clean it yet. It does come with a "demineralization cartridge" which is supposed to prevent the white powder dust from settling on everything. So far I have not seen any so it appears to be working. So all in all, it is my favorite humidifier purchase to date. The cats are also fascinated by it. Update Jan 3, 2024: unit completely stopped producing mist/humidity and instead water is condensing inside the clear cover. This is after only 2 weeks. Fortunately, I am still under return window. The media could not be loaded. I’m really happy with this humidifier. It has a large water tank so it last all night without needing a refill. It’s also very quiet and the mist has 3 adjustable speed settings. But what I really like is that it is a top-fill design which makes it so much easier to refill and clean. My old humidifier had to be air dryed after cleaning and it was such a hassle so I went with this one instead. There's also an essential oil pad. I loved this humidifier, it's large and easy to refill from the top, looks nice in my plant corner. However, I purchased 12/2022 and as of this week (1/22/24) it is no longer working. I refilled as usual this weekend and now none of the settings produce a mist, not even the continuous run setting. So, I guess I'm out of luck but it worked perfect for a year! Read more

I absolutely love this humidifier! The tank is large enough to last all night without refilling, and the top-fill design makes it super easy to clean and add water. It runs quietly, which is perfect for my bedroom and baby’s room. I also like the cool mist feature and that it has three speed settings. I got this humidifier after ANOTHER humidifier of mine from Amazon broke and no longer worked. I invested in this one hoping for long use with no issues. However, it's been less than a month and the humidifier is broken. I have been on top of maintenence and very careful with it. I have had perpetual issues with this thing. Yes, I have looked at the manual and it has been no help. I have cleaned it and reset it A MILLION times and it is no longer working. There is battery corrosion on the connective components, although they have been cleaned, the humidifier refuses to work. The red light keeps coming on despite it being totally clean. I can't get it to work. So what do I do? I contact the customer service. I sent a message to them, still haven't heard back. I call, and wait on hold forever, so they say they have a "convenient call back feature" which I used. 24 hours later I don't have a call back despite being 3rd in line. The customer service is absolute garbage. What a waste of my money. Read more
