Love. Love. Love. Let's get this out of the way: I love shapewear. I hate spending money. However... these compression shorts from Honeylove are worth it. The fit is GREAT -- I have issues sometimes because I'm tall for my size, but these work! They're not IMPOSSIBLE to get on (no broken nails! Skims, looking at you here...). They stay put, and they smooth / compress exactly as you would expect. The legs are a hair long if you wear very short skirts (I do not), but i LOVE the support these shorts offer. totally anecdotal, but I've found I end the day with a lot less back pain if I wear shapewear during the day. size wise, I ordered my usual size (XS), but double check the size chart! They're not too hot, and virtually invisible under clothes. They wash well and don't seem to lose their shape, stretchiness or comfort over time. If you wanted one piece of do it all shapewear, these shorts from honeylove get my vote. I vastly prefer HL over Skims, and HL has started to push my Spanx to the bottom of the drawer. I’m so excited to share how amazing this body suit is on under a bodycon dress! It stays in place perfectly, making bathroom trips super easy. The sizing is just right, and I love that the shorts don’t roll up at all. The design and fabric are really good design, and you can tell it’s quality material. Plus, the compression gives some nice support to my lower back. I usually wear a small, and that’s exactly what I ordered. It’s such a thrill to wear a tight dress and have smooth lines! I decided to keep this, even though I already own a similar pair from Spanx, simply because of how comfortable it is. It’s very well made—the fabric feels thick, durable, and high-quality—and it does the job well in terms of smoothing and support. However, the downside is the visible butt lining. Even under a more fitted (not tight) dress, the outline sticks out quite noticeably, which can be distracting. While I still plan to wear it due to the comfort, I’ll likely reach for my Spanx more often, especially with summer or fitted dresses. Read more

I’m really impressed with this shapewear! Other kinds I’ve tried end up being too restrictive and roll down. This one was perfect. It fits snug and was a little hard to get on, but once it was on it was great. It came up to the bottom of my bra and to a few inches above my knee. The stomach material was thick enough and compressive and smoothed out my skin, but I didn’t feel smothered. The thigh material was thinner so I was able to move around easily. The sides have some kind of boning that helps it stay in place so it didn’t roll down. It has a higher price point but it’s worth it because this is such a well made item that really works well. I have tried a lot of shapewear and hated them all. Really needed one to fit under a satin bridesmaid dress. Was shy because of the price, but let me tell you, I never felt this thing. It didn’t slide. It didn’t overly squeeze. It was easy to pull up and down to use the bathroom while wearing a bridesmaid dress. It didn’t make me hot. I couldn’t tell I was even wearing it.
