Sleek, stunning grip and ultra-sharp durable blade. Those are the first things that pop into mind when reviewing this knife. It looks and feels professional, at a fraction of the cost. While there are far nicer brands out there, this one is perfect for the chef-on-a-budget. The walnut grain handle is comfortable and ergonomic, and fits right in your hand. The blade feels fairly thick and not at all flimsy. And the sharpness right out of the box? Laser sharp is how I'd describe it. Read more

Great shape and feel, perfect size for most chef knife duties especially for vegetables. Sharp, holding it edge above average. It only falls short when doing a tough job like cutting up a carcass or something like a butternut or acorn squash. Then, I pull out a large heavy German type chef knife (affectionately I call "sting"). So, excellent for what its designed for. Very recommended. Read more

I’ve been using this knife as my primary daily work knife for about 6 months and it just now needs to be sharpened for the first time. It definitely holds an edge, and I’ll update here if I have trouble sharpening. Outside the edge quality it’s a nice knife. Looks great, feels well balanced. Nice gentle belly for a natural rocking motion. And it was priced great too! Read more
