I purchased the HP LED Business Laptop Computer in silver for home use, and it has proved invaluable for keeping my paperwork organized, emails, streaming and video calls. After several weeks of use, I’m satisfied with its performance, it works as expected and has improved my daily routine. It’s much faster than my old computers, easy to set up and compatible with my HP Deskjet printer. The keyboard is quiet and comfortable, but it isn’t illuminated and the letters are somewhat hard to read. I do wish they were printed in a darker black. I mostly use Microsoft Word and it is very simple to use and understand. Getting it free for a year was a definite plus. The screen resolution is mediocre but adequate. The cord is very long which I appreciate. The earbuds are a good extra but I haven’t used them yet. Instructions for installing software outside the Microsoft Store are confusing, but YouTube videos should be helpful in understanding them. I can’t attest to the battery life since I only use it at home. This product has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and durability. It was well packaged, the design both functional and attractive. Priced at only $439.98, it provided excellent value compared to comparable products. I researched a lot of computers before deciding on this one and am very happy with this purchase. It arrived in great condition and on time. I did remove one star because the keyboard isn’t illuminated and the letters are not dark enough. I do recommend this product. Read more
