I started the zepbound shots and I was worried about a turkey neck and other saggy skin from the weight loss. I started using these capsules about 60lbs ago and I do believe they have helped. The may have also helped me avoid part of the side effect of hair loss too. I cannot state for a fact they have had any effect, but it does appear that my skin is not sagging as much as it did when I first started losing weight years ago. These are the best option I've come across for collegan supplements. You take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal for better consumption, but I have taken without and I am completely fine. Easy to take and swallow. I wish they didn’t require 3 separate doses. I’ve been using them for about 2 months now. I don’t think I see any noticeable difference (yet).
