Currently on my 2nd bottle so I've been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and have def noticed an improvement with my hormonal acne. Didn't experience a purge — nothing out of the ordinary, just cleared up slowly and calmly. BUT the pills are huuuge and it's literally the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.. I've been pushing through it bc the results have been great, but once I finish this bottle, I'm tapping out. If my acne flares up again, I might reluctantly order another. I’m sure the positive reviews are genuine, but I had a really bad experience with these. Took them for about a week, and my acne got worse. Really bad breakout around my mouth, and in other areas of my face I usually don’t have an issue with. I also realized that the lethargic, tired feeling I’d been having was due to taking these. They also taste terrible. I threw the rest in the trash as they’re apparently not returnable. Others may have a better experience than me, but I can’t recommend them at all. Wasted my money.
