this was easy to install, fit perfectly and supports the monitor on any VESA compatible mount solidly. In addition, because of the height offset, compared to some others, it's centered properly on the VESA mount, rather than sitting high, because the S39 mount is low on the monitor. When I first saw this line of adapters I thought "great, exactly what I need". Then I inadvertently selected the adapter for the wrong monitor (I have a URX32, not a T55). My bad. I can't use it, since it costs more to return it to the US (I'm in South Africa) than the cost of the adapter itself! And unfortunately can't resell it here since that model of Samsung monitor is not even sold here. Otherwise this adapter looks to be perfect for the Samsung T55 and will provide the missing VESA mount. Read more
The mount is very well built and easy to install on to a monitor arm, but the same can't be said when it comes to the monitor itself. The fit in my Samsung was so snug I had to lightly tap it with a hammer to get it to fully seat. When I tried taking it off, I couldn't without fear of breaking my monitor. I'm just glad it's good, because it's staying forever lol Read more
It fit my monitor really well. It was snug and took some coaxing but it went in but it raises my monitor by about an inch and a half so my monitors are uneven and made my monitor heavier. It wasn't a deal breaker for me but it did bother me for a while. Read more
