We bought this 2 1/2 years ago for the room where we store guitars and needed the humidity level to be at the optimum level for these musical instruments. In the past 2 1/2 years, it has worked flawlessly and kept the humidity at our desired level. In addition it does this quietly, which is a huge advantage over another humidifier that we have in a different part of the house. Several weeks ago it stopped working and the error light came on and the pump didn’t seem to be working. We contacted customer service, and after several emails where they ask us for information and gave us several things to try, they came back with the diagnosis that the pump was not working and have offered to help us remedy that situation. All this wonderful customer service even when the product was no longer under warranty. I highly recommend this product because of the way it works, and because of the awesome customer service. This very stylish and large tank little over 4 gallons will help ease the stuffy dry air! It has a built in night light that adds to the elegance of it, and the sets with different humidity levels and power levels with easy to use buttons, can set it to the right comfort settings you prefer. Easy to set up and put together, easy to read instructions and comes with a remote. I like how you can just top off the water by just just pouring it in the trop without removing everything. We recently enclosed our patio and turned it into a 4-season room where we grow houseplants and year round fruit producers like lemons, strawberries and tomatoes. It produces an amazing amount of mist, on the the first overnight use of it, the entire 3,500 square foot house was full of mist, including the second story. We've adjusted it since then. It's quiet and efficient, and tasteful to look at. I'm giving 4 stars because the first one that I ordered was defective out of the box. The replacement seems to be working just fine, obviously, and I am waiting to see how well (or poorly) the return process goes. If it goes well, I'll improve the rating to 5 stars. Read more
