This is our second Lacidoll humidifier . We really like this brand .It works great, even quieter than the last one. It makes the room much more moist and warmer.Michigan weather is very cold and dry and a lot of statics. It helps a lot with those problems, even helped my nose bleeding problem due to the dryness. It holds 2 gallons of water, very easy to fill up,responds immediately when turned on, and the humidity control works from 40%–100% .and when it’s working it shoots out a fine mist with three output levels.I set it to 50% humidity for 9 hours each night in my bedroom and one fill lasts about 3 nights. The display’s blue lights can be turned on or off like a night light .And it’s surprisingly quiet. Read more

Easy to set up. Easy to add water. Remote is a nice feature to have as it makes it easier to change settings vs the product panel. Good size holding tank. When I need to move it I remind myself to be careful where I pick it up as the top just sits on top. There's nothing to lock it down. I like the sm compartment where u can add scented oil. I did expect the humidity stream to shoot farther. Because I have 10ft ceilings, I've placed mine on an end table so its higher in the air. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Bedroom-sized humidifers have been around for decades. Whole house or industrial humidifiers are more recent. However the niche of the large room or studio humidifier has been largely neglected. The Lacidoll 2303 fills that gap. Like larger Lacidoll models, it is easy to fill and clean. It has a single but powerful ultrasonic emitter that provides a concentrated plume of atomized water droplets. It also has all the controls and versatility of its larger siblings. This humidifier comes in an eco-friendly plain brown cardboard box with the minimum of cushioning foam (see photo-1.) It is very similar in layout to its larger whole-house siblings. Photo 2 shows the 2303A model next to the larger Lacidoll LCDJSQ-J001B model. A yardstick is provided for comparison. It is possible to fill the Lacidoll 2303A by taking the reservoir to a source of water. However, 8 liters of water weighs almost 20 pounds (8 kilograms.) It is much easier, and less strenuous, to fill it from the top using the lid to reveal the filling chamber (as shown in photo 3). Like our other Lacidoll humidifier, the filling chamber can be removed to permit cleaning of the chamber where the ultrasonic atomizer is located (see photo 4). In our house, we have dedicated a 6 liter watering can as shown in photo 5 to fill all our Lacidoll humidifiers to insure only very clean water is used in our humidifiers. The video shows the filling process in action. Filling the humidifier with a watering can is much easier and more precise. Like other Lacidoll humidifiers, the 2303A has a clear window so that you can see how much water you are adding and therefore avoid overfilling. The video then shows the humidifier in action. Any device like a humidifier involves some set of trade-offs. It is up to the user to make the effort to make the best use of any purchase. One addition we have on almost all our home humidifiers is the use of a ventilation fan that runs continuously. These fans circulate heated or air conditioned air so that there aren't any pools of stagnant air which remain uncomfortable. We have strategically placed our humidifiers to take advantage of these fans and make sure the humidity is also uniformly spread throughout our living spaces. This sort of technological teamwork is especially helpful for large rooms that otherwise are difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature or humidity. With a bit of experimentation and adjustment, we have succeeded in making our Lacidoll 2303A humidifier provide humidity for a large living space that sorely needed it. We are quite pleased with the results. If you have such a need, definitely consider this humidifier, and if you choose to purchase it, take the time to understand how it can best serve your needs. The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this humidifier! We live in a very dry city, and this product has become an absolute must-have for us. It keeps our large bedroom perfectly humidified all night long, and we have a second unit for our kitchen and living room area — that’s how much we like it! The humidifier is super quiet, very efficient, and the large water tank easily lasts up to 24 hours. We also love the compartment for essential oils. We couldn’t recommend the Lacidoll brand more!
