Let me tell you a surprising story. I purchased this item in April of 2025. I loved how easy it was to plug in and go. The 2 gallon capacity is perfect for my house. I really enjoyed not having to fill a humidifier every night, AND it fills from the top!! It's great that I get to pick the level of humidity and that once it reaches it will shut off and turn back on when it falls below that %. It's quiet and sleek. It's really a great product. In September I had my first over fill and I have no idea how I did it but it no longer turned on after that. I let the unit dry out for over a month. I tried different outlets. Nothing worked. One day I reached out to the service center just to see if there was anything they've run into that could help get it up and running. The service writer and I were emailing for 2 days. He was unbelievably helpful and professional. He explained that I had exhausted all of my options and since I purchased it only a few months ago I was covered under warranty. I was willing to ship everything back for an exchange but they sent me a while new unit free of charge. I was blown away!! I am always cold so the heat has been on now for about a month (NJ). The baseboard heat makes everything so dry and I get shocks every time I touch something, So I need a strong humidifier and I typically buy a few small, table-top types to place around the house. I saw this one, with the 2.1 gallon capacity and AND its a floor standing unit so I said I NEED to get this! The price was right too. I've been using it for about a week now - wanted to give it a fair chance - and I have to say I love this humidifier! There are so many good things about it that I'm not sure where to start! It came packaged securely and the set-up was very easy, and I am far from handy. The owner's manual is very clear and gives perfect instructions. I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. I love that it can hold so much water. In the past, I felt like I was refilling my other ones every 3-4 hours. Not so with this one. I can fill it at night and I don't need to refill until the next morning and it works all night. It is very quiet. So quiet, in fact, I had to check it the first few times to make sure it was running, It gives you a humidity option so you can set it to where you are most comfortable. I find somewhere between 50 & 55 to work best for me. The ones I had in the past did not have that option. It has a function panel on the front where you can set that, as well as set a timer, turn on or off the night light, set it for maximum or minimum humidity AND it comes with a remote control that has the same exact functions! I don't even have to get up if I feel like lowering the humidity or turning it off or whatever. But my favorite part is the little drawer on the back with the pad that you can add a few drops of essential oils to. Now my whole house smells like vanilla!!! I absolutely love this humidifier. I like it but it seems a bit flimsy. My dog bumps it and almost knocks it over. My husband overfills it and water just pours out the back. He thought you filled it to the line and a little over. Boy was he surprised. My cats seem to highly enjoy the touchscreen and constantly mess with the functions. Yet, it still works well and does the job. Read more

If you're questioning whether or not to buy it, don't hesitate.. just do it! It's sleek, modern and the quality is most certainly there! I waited to post this review until after I had used it for a few days, and I have absolutely no complaints. I've used several different brands of humidifiers, this one is by far the easiest to add water to! Easiest to set up and pretty self explanatory when it comes to working it! Large display screen for easy viewing and touch screen buttons for different functions. It tells you the current humidity in the air, has a timer, sleep mode, as well as a light that can be turned on or off. It makes it a little over 24hours on the same tank of water, and that's with running it on high. It hasn't left a white residue on the items around it at all unlike several other brands that I've tried in the past! I’m very impressed with this 8L humidifier! As someone who has been through many smaller humidifiers, it’s worked very well for my bedroom.
