For context, I rate products on a simple scale: 5 stars means I love it, 4 stars means I like it, 3 stars is okay, 2 stars means I didn’t like it, and 1 star means I hated it or think it’s unsafe. This humidifier works great for our home. We have a large house and live in a climate that gets very dry in the winter, especially with forced air heat. This unit really helps keep the air throughout the house more comfortable and moist. It is also very large, honestly the biggest home humidifier I have ever owned. Setup was easy once I figured it out. There is no complicated assembly and no app required. At first, I thought items were missing because when I opened the box all I saw was the humidifier itself. No instructions, no accessories. I checked the box contents list and was confused. After removing the entire top section, I realized everything, including the instructions, was stored inside the main tank. Once I found that, everything made sense. It has casters, which makes it easy to move around, and it puts out a nice steady mist. It has already been very helpful in keeping our skin and nasal passages from drying out during the winter months. The only downside for me was that when I first opened the box there was a noticeable plastic off gassing smell. It did not last long, but I did not care for it. Because of that, I am taking off one star. Overall, I am happy with this humidifier and it does exactly what we need it to do. 4 stars. Read more
This is a very large volume and high capacity air humidifier. I would normally expect one this large to be meant for a sun room or greenhouse environment with plants, but the humidity sensor only goes about 2 inches away from the unit. That makes it pretty clear it's meant for somewhere with other circulation mechanisms to move the humidity away from the device (i.e. central air). That inability for it to use a distance or remote sensor is really it's only major shortcoming. Some might take issue with the looks, but I'm secretly planning to make it into a Dalek once I no longer have worries about performance or warranties. Assembly is simple, it's just a function of lining up notches. If you fill through the top, it drains down into the tank. The only entry to the area that produces mist is from the pump hose. The listing reminds of you about several important things that are also then repeated in the instructions - such as unpacking the screen at the end of that hose. While this unit has an aroma sponge, it will be very light and if you put oil in the water or on the plastic, you'll damage the machine. Some essential oils even eat plastics. There is a recommended weekly cleaning cycle - beyond that I'll suggest using distilled or at least RO water that has fewer dissolved salts. Ultrasonic humidifiers do not distinguish between what they're putting into the air. If your water has a lot of dissolved salt or calcium, it will leave a find powder covering everything near the unit - go with distilled. I use a steel and glass cabinet to test every new electric product I bring into the house because it allows me to create a controlled environment and see how it reacts before I trust it while I'm asleep. The humidity function does perform as it should all the way up to 95% - which meant I had fog in my cabinet. The watts pulled by the unit were in the 120watt range the instructions call out. I also measured sound levels in-line with the 40db the listing claims. The sleep function doesn't quiet it, but only turns off the lighting. Just to be clear, the sound is coming from the augmentation fan and not from the ultrasonic function. The ultrasonic just makes a bubbling and gurgling sound. Whining fans bother me more than a bubbling fountain sound and if I was going to reduce the rating it would be for that. However, I recognize it's not the worse offender I've seen and given it's doing 4x the work, it's probably quieter than any set of 4 humidifiers I've seen lately. I got spoiled 15 years ago when I bought my first ultrasonic and it was completely silent other than the occasional bubbling sound. I gave it away when I moved and have regretted it ever since. It had also been running for 10 years. In my experience, if you use distilled water and perform the maintenance, ultrasonic humidifiers keep going. They also don't have soaking pads that need to be replaced at regular intervals. If you have a very large space that feels like you can't keep the humidity up in winter, then GloryAir has the power to help. Read more

The GloryAir humidifier fills a large space quickly and keeps the air noticeably more comfortable. The multiple atomizers create a fine, even mist that doesn’t leave surfaces damp, and it covers a big area without needing constant adjustment. The output is strong but smooth, so it adds humidity efficiently without feeling harsh or uneven. The top-fill design makes refills straightforward, and the tank’s size means it can run for hours before needing attention. It’s surprisingly quiet for such a large unit, so it works well in living areas or bedrooms without becoming a distraction. With its capacity and consistent performance, this humidifier handles big rooms reliably. It feels like a practical choice for anyone who wants steady, hassle-free humidity without constantly refilling or babysitting the unit. Good quality item. The value is alright. Read more
We have three humidifiers in our house. This is the largest one that we have in our house. I could say in general it would probably be better to have two small humidifiers instead of one giant one. The strongest humidity is always going to be closer to the machine and to spread the percentage out evenly in 3000sq.ft. Will be difficult. Anyway this is large and a bit of an eye sore. On the lowest mist output setting I think it is still too strong and I worry about it getting our hardwood floors a little too humidified. Very large water capacity and it is quiet. I would say this isn’t a great value. I would get two smaller ones instead and one that can heat the mist. I do like to add my oils to the machine. I do like the remote and that I can set the humidity to turn on and off as needed. I would say that this is pretty similar to my other humidifiers, but larger. I would like a heated mist option too.
