The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd humidifier for the house in winter. And based on the performance of my older humidifier, I had some pretty high hopes for this one but I’m sorely disappointed. The saving grace (and why there’s a 1 star) is its large water tank which is great if it stopped running. I’ve had this for almost 2 weeks and had to refill it 3-4x. I prefer to set a specific hr and let it work on its own. Unfortunately, it’s always just a percent less than the set HR% so it is just constantly running. It was easy to put together but if you go by the instructions, I’m definitely missing a piece which seems inconsequential as it’s just a removable filter thing that needs to be cleaned regularly. The little area for the aroma no longer opens. I pushed it in to refill and it never popped back out, so I’ll have to pull it open with needle nose pliers or something. The top fill area has all of 1/4in of space to add the water, so the water ends up running down the sides, unless you fill it very very slowly. I decided to just add water to the tank directly but even though I’d shut it off, it was still trying to suck up water. So when I went to turn the power back on, I had to unplug it first. The LED lights work fine but can’t be set for just one color, so it’s never ending cycle of 7 colors. It’s almost impossible to see where the water line is with or without the lights on. The air in an OK winter is so dry that my skin flakes and my throat dries so bad at night that I wake up coughing. I read the reviews on the humidifier offerings and decided to purchase this one based on affordability. It’s the perfect size as it will hold 9L of water, but that makes it impractical to move from room to room. The instructions are easy to follow. It’s made with sturdy quality with minimal noise during use. It can be used with the tube or with a flow director depending on how high you want the mist to exit. Read more

Update*** Company reached out and without hesitation offered a refund or replacement. I’m raising my review to 3 stars for a company that has dignity and respect for its customers which is almost impossible to find these days. “Smart” humidity sensor failed within less than a month. When it was working it was reading 10-15% lower compared to 5 other humidity readers. Tonight realized it had almost ran empty and saw the humidity reading bouncing between 30-45%. 5 other readers were all between 65-70% humidity, way to high! Unplugged the machine for a couple hours, moved the unit to a dry room and let it sit then plugged it back in with the same result. I tried blowing on the sensor, would only jump up to 55% then fall right back to 35-40%. Filling port on top of the machine is poorly designed. Large portion of the opening is flat and way to close to the top so you need to fill it very slowly. Mist output is about the same as all other humidifiers I’ve used. Definitely works but can’t have my room at 65% humidity because the sensor is malfunctioning. If the company offers me a replacement or refund I might change my review but as it stands I can’t recommend this product due to one of its largest features failing in less than a month. Read more

The dry air makes me crazy. This humidifier is wonderful. It holds so much water. Goes for days. The extender helps get the mist up in the air. My sinus pressure is greatly improved. It is so quiet. I do y even hear it. If you hate being shocked or sparks flying, get this! Read more
