Really like the rotating feature and the water level viewing feature. Gives out a great misting fog that has really helped raise the humidity levels for my orchids. Holds a lot of water and depending on the humidity level you place it on will also depend on the amount of water used and how often you fill it. 65% level will use the water pretty quick. About a day for 7 liters. I like the 9 liter capacity tank as well. It has a temperature sensor and displays the settings. Sleep mode is a great feature. It hides the display lights while working. I was skeptical when I purchased this humidifier. I needed something that would go all night without needing to be refilled. This humidifier is big enough to hold plenty of water for the day or night. I add two gallons water each morning at about 8am and two more gallons around 6pm. I keep it set on “auto” at 50% - seems to work just fine at this level, continuously producing mist 24/7. Very quiet - I don’t even hear it. I recommend this product. Read more

I thought I was buying a STEAM humidifier, but although I am a bit disappointed this is a cool mist humidifier, I do like the fact that I can set the humidity level and it runs on its own. Like the remote control option and it does put out a very fine mist, just wish it was a steam version. Anyway, I still have my steamers and will just keep this one for the options of the humidity control. A bit pricey for a cool mist unit, to be honest. Read more

Update: BUYERS BEWARE!!! Days of communication with this seller and absolutely no resolution! I have repeatedly asked why it claims to cover 2000 sq ft when it doesn’t shut off at all in 700 sq ft? I was given a line of responses that I was able to quickly negate them all and asked my question again. It has been a complete waste of my time! This product worked well in our 700 sqft area until the heat came on. Since then, it does not reach selected humidity level, has to be filled 2x’s a day and never shuts off. It is suppose to cover nearly 3 times the sqft, that’s why we bought it. Of course, the problem didn’t arise until after the return window was closed. Read more

This humidifier puts out a nice level of mist, which is nice. It's also tall enough to sit on a floor and the mist comes out high enough to evaporate before forming puddles on the floor. I think the rotation feature is kind of neat, even though I don't think it really makes a big difference. I still like it and use it. But, this unit has two significant problems. First, refilling it is a nightmare. It does have a door to fill through the top, but the opening is so small that if you pour more than a small amount of water, it won't go to the tank fast enough and will overflow. For a tank that holds 2 gallons, you'd think they'd make it to where you can fill it relatively quickly. The other problem is the humidistat. It's terribly inaccurate. Even when I know the humidity is 50%, it still registers 30%. This is a problem because the lowest setting is 45%. So that means this feature is basically worthless, it's always going to think it's not humid enough and never turn off. These problems didn't make me hate the unit enough to return it as I can work around them. Just be aware, they exist. Read more
