The amount of coverage the factory Mazda mats provide for the carpet is pretty sad. It seems like there's more uncovered carpet than there is covered! Because of that the first purchase I made for our new CX-5 was the Husky mats. They typically represent better value than the Weathertechs which is the reason I choose Husky. Upon installation, I was relieved at how much more of the carpet is covered with these mats. They cover so much that I doubt I'll have to take them out to vacuum underneath for a long time. In past cars I've owned Huskys in, I went from vacuuming every 1-2 weeks to 1-2 times a year and even then it was only because I took the Huskys out to clean them. The coverage is just awesome. I wish they went up the sides a tiny bit more than they do (it's still more than enough), but I have a feeling they chose not to do that out of worry that it might cause issues getting in and out of the CX-5. Overall, an easy 5 stars. These things are worth their weight in gold. PS: As I show in my pictures, an easy little trick to installing these things is to warm them up before you install them. They're usually pretty firm when they arrive so running heat over them helps to loosen them up a bit which makes for a much easier installation. It also helps them to keep whatever form you set them in once you put them in. If it's winter time, use a portable heater and have it blow in the box the mats come in. Read more

These mats were worth the money. Easy to install, fit like a glove, easy to clean (much easier that carpet or carpeted floor mats), and as far as I can tell, wear resistant. They make the inside of my car look good. Read more

These are terrific and very handsome floor liners in my Mazda CX5. My buddies and my Dad are jealous of how nice they are. It's satisfying to see how much dirt and debris is not getting caked into the floor. Very easy to remove and shake off or rinse with a hose. The gas cap being covered is such a non-issue, its extremely easy to lift up the little flap. They are nice and lightweight but tough as can be and will not harden, curl or crack like I hear the weathertech ones might. The very best you can buy! You won't be disappointed. Read more

I bought these as a low-cost alternative to the Weathertech mats for my son's '16 CX-5. They are high quality, fit perfectly around the drivers area and for the passengers. Haven't seen any big rain or slush yet being it is still summer, but one can easily predict these will hold a lot of liquid and not spill onto the cars carpets. Couple notes. The plastic pins that help this grip the carpet are SHARP, be careful when adjusting and installing, they can leave nasty scratches on your arms and hands as you unpackaged them. This leads to why one star was knocked off. The CX-5 has a fuel release lever on the driver side floor in front of the seat. Yes, I think it is no big deal to reach under the mat to use it to keep the water integrity of the mat.....but if you reach under the mat, you encounter those sharp plastic pins even though those particular ones wouldn't grip carpet anyway. Either make an opening for the fuel latch OR get rid of the sharp gripping pins at that location. Then it is a five-star product. Read more

I got a Mazda CX-5 when my 10 yr old previous vehicle was in a relatively minor wreck and got totaled. I had liners in it and after spraying Scotch Guard on the carpet and fabrics, I ordered the Husky liner. Got to Texas promptly even during the Xmas holidays and icy weather across the US. Fits like a glove after letting it relax in the warmth of the house. I always carry a tool box, inflator, lug wrench etc. I carry power lawn equipment, gas, oil, rags in the summer and this will protect the carpet. It's light, tough, easy to take out and wash off to clean, and black to match the carpet color. Got to have that lip on any liner for a cargo area. This one fits the bill for all my needs. It is an investment like keeping good oil in the engine and good tires on the vehicle. Just one bad liquid spill that this liner catches pays for itself. Highly recommended. Read more

I am a wedding planner and I'm always carrying random things in my car. Whether it's a sparkly dress, several tables, chairs, glassware, or driving around people when it's raining and we have muddy shoes.... my poor car sees a lot! The biggest one is that since I transport a lot of very heavy and sharp-edge things, I don't want them to clunk around and damage the floors. These have been wonderful at preserving my car and being easy to clean! *Teeny tiny note... the mat for the driver's seat covers the button to open the gas tank cover. So when you are getting gas, you need to lift up the mat slightly to pull the lever. Sometimes the grippers on the bottom of the mat scratch my hand a little when I lift it to access the lever. However, I understand why it covers the lever so dirt and things don't get down there also. I just wish it was more of a flap that opens maybe? So it could be accessed a bit easier without scratching my hand. Doesn't bother me enough to do less than 5 stars though :) Overall, I love them! Read more
