This product is a set of custom conformal plastic floor mats for your car, in this case a 2014 mazda 3. They replace (not cover) the factory mats utilizing the aligning and retention studs in the floor of your car. Unlike carpet or the all weather factory mats, these mats completely cover the floor and rise up a bit on the sides. This covers the carpets not just on the bottom, but on part of the vertical surfaces surrounding the carpet, protecting your vehicle better than regular mats. This product competes with the Weather Tech brand of custom floor mats and there are differences. First is price: the big advantage is that the kit comes with both front and rear mats. The Weather Tech brand comes with only the front yet the price is about the same. The rear mats must be purchased separately. Cost was the deal maker for me as my kids systematically destroy the carpet and mats in the back seat. Weather Tech mats are not twice as good as these. Second is quality. The Weather Tech mats seem to be made of heavier material. This may or may not be of any importance, since so long as they adequately cover the floor the end result is the same. I had Weather Techs in my old car and they held up beautifully for several years. Time will tell but these seem durable enough. Finally, these mats have attachment points so they snap on to the floor studs that align and retain your floor mats. The factory mats must be removed for these to fit. This means you have to find a place to STORE your factory mats for the duration of ownership of your car. The Weather Tech mats in my old car simply sat over the factory mats. This is a matter of preference but I would prefer to leave my factory mats in place. At this time they are only available in black for my vehicle. Summary: good mats, better price than weather tech. Pros: Fit well, reasonably good quality, half the cost of weather tech. Cons: require removal of factory mats, only come in black, Read more

Can’t beat these for the price. I’ve had them for almost two years now and still holding up. Even bought a set for my wife’s car. Read more

I had Husky Liners in my previous Mazda3 and loved them, so I immediately bought them again for my 2015 Mazda3. They fit perfectly, even with my clutch (so for anyone wondering, they DO fit with a manual transmission) and seem to be durable - my last ones survived through two New England winters and were still in decent shape, nothing more than a few scuffs). My only complaint is that every so often, my clutch foot will catch on the edge and lifts it up off the carpet a tiny bit. It snaps back down pretty quickly though and hasn't impeded my driving, and it's only an issue if you have a clutch. Otherwise, these are great. Cheaper than WeatherTechs and comparable quality. I'll buy these for every car I ever own. Read more

I have only ever driven a beater car and bought my first new car, a 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback this past fall. Suddenly I find myself caring about things like water damage and stains and tiny scratches on my car that no one else can see... who knew? My boyfriend paid for Weathertechs for his Mazda 3 (yes, we have the same car...), and I decided to go for a cheaper option instead that I was hoping would do a comparable job. As a bonus, I got the back seat protection that he would have had to pay more for with his car. In reading some of the more negative reviews, I wonder if there must be some inconsistencies in manufacturing, as I have no issues whatsoever with the liners, and although they are a slightly thinner material than the Weathertechs, they stay in place great and are doing an amazing job protecting my car from all of the elements Colorado has decided to provide so far this winter. If I were more of a car person, i would probably notice more differences with the two, but I care mainly about protecting my car from water stains due to snow meltage and these work great so far. I am very happy that I bought these mats. Read more
