I used to buy much heavier, rubber OE floor mats from Honda. Those were overpriced so I decided to try aftermarket instead. Was going to go with WeatherTech but those were overpriced as well, then I stumbled on these which were cheaper than both of the others, didn't know how I would feel but after using them for over two years I love them. The price was great, they fit perfectly due to whatever laser mapping/fitting they do and they go up high on the front for areas your feet would touch, they even cover the dead pedal on the driver's side. The material isn't rubber, it's more like a stiff plastic/polymer. It holds its shape, unlike rubber floor mats that flop around. They're about 3mm thick which is "thin" by the standards of other floor mats, even though they're "thin" they're still extremely durable, mine are as good as the day I bought them, I haven't worn through it and they're barely abraded. I'll admit when I first got them the thinness and material made me wonder if they were going to be good because they were so far away from the thick rubber I was used to, now I love them! The thinness and rigidity makes it easy to move them in and out of the car if you need to clean them, not being soft porous rubber they're easier to clean just by hosing off with water, you barely need to scrub them. Sometimes I just shake the stones and dirt out, then just wipe them down with a damp rag and they look almost as good as new. They don't have any traction issues either if you're worried about that, your shoes will not slip on it. Actually it's going to grip your shoes more than carpet will, compared to rubber it's on par with it. Needless to say I'm a fan now, I see myself buying these over OE floor mats from now on for all future cars without a doubt. Read more

I installed the mats five minutes ago. upon opening the box I felt disappointment and regret, as i took more pieces out i saw violent flashbacks of the negative comments. "they're cheaply made", "poor plastic material". my heart was dropping. I installed them in the car because maybe i would change my mind? It felt a little better let me tell you.. for the price yes i felt like $100 would be more reasonable. firstly, the plastic was scuffed up in the center of the rear passenger so i was a little upset because no one will go in between it. as i looked from afar at the mats in my honda civic.. man I was thinking, "yes, yes".. the fit is so snug, if anyone has loose problems please disregard those comments because you must install it right. this brings me to the second point, those little spikes for the carpet! sharp, and plenty of them. this thing will never move. finally my last thought, this is why the price is so much, yes the plastic feels somewhat low quality or easily scratched but it custom fits your car like a glove! that won't move! and hold any kind of dirty grimy slime to protect your baby! Do I think it was worth it for my 2016 Honda civic? partially, mainly because I am a neat freak. Personally i believe these mats are 100% useful and worth it for any truck owner. If you just drive around the city all day and don't do much outdoor activities or have bad luck stepping in the wrong spot 70% of the time. go to the store and just buy $20 mats. additionally, I checked husky liners website and these run for $150. you're saving $25 and shipping if you have prime. I hated them when I received my order. Rolled up in a tube box... I thought it was cheap looking and couldn’t imagine this fitting onto the floors perfectly... (comparing to weather tech in my head from the start) i brought them home and complained to my boyfriend but he convinced me that they were fine. Rubber and plastic were easier to maintain. He made me put them in the car. I pointed out that it wasn’t sticking to the floor and that the mats were lifting... he said they will mold in give it some time. So I have it time. They molded in to the shape of the car they protect my beige carpet to this day they are spotless. I love how the mats extend upwards so that dirt Or water really can’t get on to the carpet. I got the front, backseat and trunk mat. So worth it! I really recommend this product! Update: November 05 2020 Still looking fabulous and my carpets look BRAND NEW still. I’ve literally washed them once. To be honest I was in a weird pregnant cleaning mode but they really did not need it... BUT I do love how easy they are to clean. I vacuum the mats whenever I clean my car. Around once a month? Vacuums so easily and stains or sticky stuff or smudges are kind of rare... but whenever I have them I can literally use a baby wipe and clean it. Looks brand new still. Read more
