So far, I'm very pleased. I bought this to augment the light in my garage. It makes a huge difference and this was only the 100W light. It's so bright, it blinds me if I look at it directly (my pictures don't really do it justice). I plugged it into the outlet above the garage door opener and paired it with a $13 "Remote Control Outlet, WILAWELS Wireless Light Switch" from Amazon for easy on/off. Works great and no hardwiring required. Great quality LED light, with no issues in the short term. If it falters I will update accordingly. Read more

I’m an electrical contractor and installed these in a shop for a client. They are great fixtures, well made and so bright, I had to dial the lumens down. High quality fixtures and recommend for a high bay option Read more

They're working great. They fit in the old MH lamp fixtures just fine. The basketballers love the bright lighting when they play during the week. The worship team loves that they can dim them when needed for the Sunday services. Price was good to. Construction is solid unlike many of the cheapies from Asia. Read more

Good: Bought four 150W Heros for our 3-car garage with 13' ceiling. One bay is my shop. Terrific bright light. Excellent color for my eyes. Nice painted aluminum construction. All work fine initially. Unknown: Hope they last. Not good: essentially no options for wiring. I'm replacing old florescents with ceiling-mounted receptacles and hooks to old these. Installation, service, replacement would be easy: Hang the light and plug it in. But the 5' cord w/ 3-prong plug on the Hiperlite is _potted directly into the LED controller module_ internally. I was expecting some kind of terminal block so cord length could be adjusted or even replaced with a molded flat plug cord. Now I have the choice of coiling the 5' of wire, which looks crufty, or cut the cord and use a screw terminal plug. These also look lame. End result is I'm not getting the clean installation I would have liked. Edit: Finally ended up cutting the cords and installing Leviton flat-ish plugs that are great plugs but still look clunky. Couldn't find anything better. See new picture. Read more

Purchased 4 of these lights for my 30x30 shop with 14 foot sidewalls. I emailed them to get a lighting design prior to purchase. I have had them installed for several months with no issues. They are very bright for my shop and disperse the light well. I opted to install the dimmer so I can tone the lighting down if I want. We’ll see how they hold up over time, but so far, so good! I needed to replace 4 old lights in my barn/workshop and based on the reviews gave one of these a try. Figured they were overrated like most things and I'd need to order a few more but one was good for a test. Really high quality and packed very well. Instructions were easy except it said the wires were white/black/green and they were not. After some investigation figured out the purple wire went to black the other common and the green obvious enough. Flipped the switch and was amazed at the result, even in broad daylight I thought that cant be good for you. Wont need any more and next up is the bezel to soften things a bit. I got the 250W fixture and it hangs 220 ft in the air. It is the most absurdly bright light ive ever seen and maybe my most satisfying purchase from amazon maybe ever. If you need multiple fixtures you might be better off trying one and see if you need more. Read more
