I am very happy with this pillow. I was looking for neck support. This is not too hard (although it's a bit more on the firm side) and not too soft. There is enough give so that I feel supported as a side sleeper who tosses and turns. There is no odor, which is great. I find it to be of high quality and well made. Interesting pillow. It almost feels like it's too thick or high for sleep but when I wake up, my back doesn't hurt like it did before. Also, I've laid my head down twice on this pillow in an evaluation type mode and then fell asleep. lol So I guess it's pretty good support. I said 'Interesting' because I would normally think it's too high, but perhaps the flat pillows were contributing to my back pain. Highly recommend this pillow. This pillow is perfect for people who prefer a stiffer foam pillow. It's squishy but not too squishy. Took a star off because it had a very strong, unpleasant chemical smell that was difficult to get rid of. Give these a day to breathe and wash the covers first. Read more
