The media could not be loaded. 06.12.25 update: i contacted support and they offered to refund all my costs for the fitting and the new hose, $25.00. impressive. they even sent me an additional gift. and they promised to update their documentation to show the fitting size!! thank you!! now, for the actual unit itself. the bidet as a whole looks and feels to be made of quality material. it is not flimsy, pretty solid all around. the functions are work great. i cannot speak from a female standpoint (though my wife has indicated it works well). the rear cleaning is great. the seat is always warm, the water is a good temperature, water pressure is good, the drying feature is great. auto open lid is incredibly convenient. all in all, it functions great. i have no complaints considering the quality, ease of installation, product support and price. there are some features i wish it did have; the lighting feature is great, but i wish it worked similarly to the auto open feature in that it turns on when you walk into the restroom and turns off when the lid closes. the light is either always on or always off. of course you can toggle it with the remote. another feature i would love it auto seat. the top lid auto opens, but the toilet seat does not. ideally, it would be great if it were a zero touch system where the seat is also automated at least by remote button. otherwise, this is a great product, at a great price. my experience with support has been top notch. 06.03.25 i may change the rating after actual use. but based on initial installation.... the small plumber tape was empty. no where in the webpage or any documentation, including the actual instructions, does it say what sizes are the fitting. as it turns out, the fitting is 7/8" connection to the water line, 7/8" connection back to the toilet tank and 1/2" to the bidet. our angle stop is 1/2". there are no adapters or any other items to make this work if your measurements do not match exactly. i had to pay $14.00 to get another fitting that was 1/2x1/2x1/2". so, to reiterate, the include fitting is 7/8x1/2x7/8" (see image) ok, so round one resolved. everything connected. water turned on and the hose which was provided with the bidet leaked. out to home depot and another $8.00 for a new supply line. now, everything is installed correctly and no issues so far. i will update this with actual use and if it warrants, i will change the rating.
