Almost made it through a smoothie.
After sitting in the box for a few months I finally decided to get it out and make a smoothie, strawberries, blue berries, banana, carrots, honey, scoop of vanilla ice cream and some pre crushed ice from my fridge. All was well for about 90 seconds of slowly adding ingredients until there was a loud pop and the blades no longer spinning despite plenty of suddenly louder noise. After consuming my slightly chunkier than preferred smoothie I inspected the blender to find the back half of the blender cracked and the motor no longer in position to engage the gear to drive he blades. Oh well cheap blender cheap results. Read more
Great product
I used this daily until drive coupler broke, Amazon doesn’t have parts, and the parts for this are not available on the internet. Found folding 4 layers of a piece of paper towel over the drive coupler and pressing -down the jar will engage the motor to the jar and if I hold the top of the jar DOWN, it works. Makes smoothies from frozen fruits with yogurt. Read more
