I swear by this product. If you have anything in your house that smells foul or like a hint of mold, this makes it all go away. I spray it on to items and wipe it off with paper towels or a sponge. Or I can spray large swaths of a wooden floor. A lot of sprays that say they help with mold smells, they themselves smell horrible. This one does not smell bad at all. It's very refreshing. Was advised to get this by a descendant from a line of custodians/janitors for deep and regular cleaning my bathroom. It works well to deodorize and clean. I primarily use it for the exterior of the toilet and for any visible bacteria/mold growths in the shower area (old apartment problems). It is quite pricey considering other alternatives but it does work well. Docking off a star because this mostly only sprays when the bottle is upright so I have to transfer this to a different bottle with a weighted flexible dip tube that allows spraying at nearly all angles.
