Not primarily a cleaner, but a disinfectant.
When used as directed this is an excellent disifectant, but it was never supposed to be primarily a cleaning agent (surfactant). It will work to remove very light soils from hard surface, but will not tackle heavy soils or dried blood, etc. For best results precleaning with a surfactant cleaner is required, followed by using this product to kill or deactivate any remaining pathogens and deodorize the surface. For that purpose it is an excellent choice. RECOMMENDED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED ON LABEL. Read more
