I've tried for a few weeks, at 2 or 3 times per week. It has helped reduce my pore size. It's also helped with smoothness and texture of my skin, brightening my skin and improving my overall look. It was pretty simple attaching the eye protective parts and the headbands. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Before use make sure to consult with your provider and be careful if you're using AHA, acids or retinol treatments as it can either negate or cancel the effect of those products.
