I have a very bad deviated septum and nasal strips help me breathe a lot better. I have tried many brands of these, and until now the only ones that actually stayed on all night were like $17 per box of 25. I decided to try these since now brands are switching to ONLY putting adhesion to the ends of the strips which completely SUCKS. This product holds TIGHT. If you tried to remove it without water you would probably rip your skin open. But that means it holds super well all night, they are excellent! To remove it, just run some water over it and it comes off no problem and no pain. By far the most effective and affordable strips Ive tried. So, if youre tired of nasal strips coming off midsleep, go with these. Read more

I have using nasal breathing strips every day, all day for the past few years. Because of my totally discombobulated septum I can't breath through my nose without them. Came close to getting the surgery but then covid hit. Anyway, these are obviously made by the same manufacturer that does the store brand for Walmart and Kroger. They're identical and I actually prefer these over the Breathe Right strips brand. Sometimes generic is better. Around here we jokingly call them NBAs, short for nose band aids, coined by my father. They're life or death for me pretty much. A lot cheaper than a septoplasty. Since I'm a pro when it comes to these NBAs I have a pro tip if you're having them cause irritation on the center of your nose when you go to pull them off. First of all, they are easier to remove in the shower so that would be my first suggestion if possible and that's where I take them off now but I used to cut a bunch of little strips of tissue paper, about 3mm x 10mm or so, and keep a bag of them handy. When you pull the tabs off the NBA, place a tissue strip in the middle so that that narrow section does not adhere directly to your skin. Then it won't pull on your skin when you remove it. As for the color, I think it would be nice if they came in different skin tones. Sometimes I wear the clear ones when I'm out but the clear ones to not stick for very long. The tan ones will stick all day and then some but the clear ones start peeling off within a few hours even with a properly prepared and clean skin surface. I highly recommend these. If it weren't for these I probably would suffocate. Read more

I get congested more often while I'm pregnant so I bought these to help at night or when I had allergies. Now I use them every night and it makes a huge difference. Super sticky, but as a girl who does a skincare routine each night, it won't stick to moisturized skin very well. I have to avoid the products on the bridge of my nose to get it to stick. Maybe I'll try the magnet ones another time because these are disposable, etc. but they are great for now. Read more

Listen up, fellow mouth-breathers/ deviated septum havers/ horrible sleepers/ allergy sufferes and annoyed spouses! Today, I'm here to give you my five-star review of nose breathing strips, and let me tell you, these things are a life and relationship saver. First of all, let's talk about the design. These strips are so simple, yet so effective. They're like little Band-Aids for your nose, but instead of covering a wound, they're opening up your airways. And speaking of airways, these strips make breathing so much easier. I'm pretty sure I could climb Mount Everest while wearing one of these bad boys. The adhesive is strong enough to keep the strip in place, but gentle enough to not irritate my skin. I wish I could wear them all day everyday and not just while I sleep. I'm shocked they dont mandate every pro athlete to wear them during competition because it's like having a secret weapon on your nose. Let's just say, I never knew what I was missing until I started using these strips. I sleep better at night and my snoring has decreased significantly. It's like a breath of fresh air, quite literally. In conclusion, nose breathing strips are a game-changer. They're like a personal air conditioner for your nose, and I'm pretty sure I'll never go back to breathing without them. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation to whoever invented these little strips of magic! Read more

These are my GoTo Strips. They are stronger than the Name Brand Competition and have excellent Night Glue. Understand, the Glue is stronger and about once a month I find I have a raw patch on my nose because of my nightly use. Solution, Take a small piece of the strip non-stick backing and cover the raw spot when you put it on for the night. After a week, the raw spot is gone and you can go back to using it normally. If you have sensity skin or older folks have thiner skin, then perhaps a different choice. Read more

So I’ve been using a similar product from a company with the initials BR on their package. I was okay with that other brand, but they definitely left a sticky residue on the bridge of your nose when you removed them. When I first tried these, I was worried they weren’t sticky enough, but I wiped off my nose (getting any excess oil) and applied. The strip stayed right in place all night long and kept my nasal passages open (and snore free). The great thing about these is when you take it off in the morning there’s no residue to clean up. They come off easily without the goo. Definitely a superior product! Read more
